Which CYCNUMBRIS 500 configuration should I choose?
Start with your material grade, largest part and production requirements. PRO, MAX and ULTRA differ in chamber heating, nozzle temperature, flow capability and other equipment. Compare the configurations and contact us with your application.
Is TPU-SP a complete 3D printer?
TPU-SP is a replaceable toolhead for flexible TPU printing. Confirm the exact printer model and configuration before ordering.
What are the TPU-SP limits?
Maximum nozzle temperature: 300°C. Maximum volumetric flow: 15 mm³/s. Maximum chamber temperature: 45°C. These are limits, not universal printing presets; actual settings depend on the TPU grade, hardness and part geometry.
Can I use the printer's maximum chamber temperature with every toolhead?
No. Follow the limits of the installed toolhead. With TPU-SP installed, the chamber must remain at or below 45°C, including on printers capable of higher chamber temperatures.
What should I send with a technical enquiry?
- Order number, printer model and toolhead configuration.
- Filament brand, grade and Shore hardness where relevant.
- Nozzle diameter, nozzle/bed/chamber temperatures, speed and flow settings.
- A clear description, relevant photos and any error messages.
